Conditions for purchasing air tickets
- Client - an individual and/or legal entity that orders and purchases certain travel Services from the Agency.
- Service Provider - a direct provider of travel services, which is listed separately for each travel Service.
- Agency-seller of travel services.
- Service - a travel service, the description of which is available in the online booking system and which the Agency offers to book and purchase online.
- 1. The client is responsible for the correctness and accuracy of all information provided. Passenger data in the order must match the passport data (without softening and lengthening signs), otherwise the ticket will be invalid for travel.
- 2.Please note the fare rules available when booking the selected Service. If the same ticket is subject to different fare conditions (on different sections of the flight), then more stringent rules apply. The air ticket is an international document, so the information in it and the fare rules are available only in English. In case of doubt, please contact the Agency by e-mail or by phone.
- 3. The Client, by booking and paying for the Service, thereby accepts the terms and conditions of the Service Provider and the purchase of a trip or a ticket. In case of cancellation of the Service after the date of its issuance, the established service fee by the Agency is not refundable. In some cases, the airline or tour operator, in accordance with the rules or the contract, refunds a partial or full cost of the Service.
- 4. In the event of a date change, the Client is responsible for paying all costs associated with the change of name, surname, date or destination. The Agency withholds an additional fee for these services, not counting the Service Provider's rates for a specific service.
- 5. The client is obliged to make sure that all other similar orders are cancelled. In the case of two identical orders, one or both orders will be automatically canceled, regardless of whether they are paid or not. In the event that any of the booked orders is not needed by the Client, please inform the Agency by e-mail or by phone.
- 6. The Client is obliged to redeem the order as soon as possible, but no later than the indicated date of issue of the Service and according to the working hours of the Agency.
- 7. The Agency does not guarantee the amount specified in the order, as it acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Service Provider. Changes in prices are influenced by changes in world fuel prices and the cost of airport taxes. In the event that the price increase occurred before the Service was issued, the difference in cost is covered by the Client.
- 8. Please note that when paying with payment cards, the airline has the right to accept payment for an air ticket in foreign currency. As a result of currency conversion, the ticket price may change.
- 9. Selected additional services are not guaranteed by the Agency. This possibility is confirmed by the Service Provider.
- 10. The Agency only provides the Client with access to the relevant databases and the Service Provider's booking system, and, if necessary, performs additional processing of the order (issuing a ticket, sending additional confirmations) and is not responsible for the services provided. All claims regarding the service and its quality must be addressed to the Service Provider.
- 11. Delivery of travel documents and travel documents is carried out by e-mail. The Service Provider may require the presentation of an order number and/or a printout of an e-ticket confirming this order.
- 12. All information about flight changes is sent to the Client's e-mail address specified in the order, which must be checked periodically. The client is obliged to check on the Internet page www.aw-online.lv before departure whether the flight times have changed.
- 13. At the airport, the passenger must arrive at the time indicated by the carrier or, if no time is indicated, then sufficiently in advance to complete all the necessary departure formalities.
- 14. If the Client wishes to cancel or change his order, he must inform the Agency or the Service Provider about this.
- 15. The flight must be carried out in the order in which the order is made. If, for some reason, the Client did not use the first leg of the flight, then, according to the International Air Transport Rules, the entire ticket is automatically canceled and the money is not returned.
- 16. The client must comply with all state-defined requirements for travelers, presenting entry, exit and other necessary documents. Please check the required validity period of your passport in a timely manner. Infants and children (under 18) need a birth certificate or a notarized copy to travel. If the child is not traveling with at least one parent, then a notarized power of attorney is required for the child to leave the country. For other documents, please ask the notary.
- 17. The client is responsible for the availability of documents and a visa / transit visa.
